The bathroom on the main level features a tub/shower and a single sink. Two additional bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom upstairs are in the open loft area, with a large and spacious feel. The bathroom upstairs features a stand up shower and single sink. The main floor also includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio dining with a grill, and a spacious living room with tall ceilings and large windows to enjoy the view. Downstairs, you'll find a game room, a set of bunk beds and a theatre room. The game room is perfect for family fun, with a pool table, karaoke machine, darts, arcade games and more. The theater room with movie theater reclining seats and floor seating for kids is accessed through the game room. The bunk beds in the basement are located in the game room and offer 2 full beds. Please note there are exterior security cameras. The capacity of the hot tub is up to 5 people. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
